What I've Been Up To: CME to launch real-time cloud data services

It is tough being a Product Manager in a large organization doing industry firsts. We do big things that takes a lot of effort by many teams. Managing the demands of an organization’s ironclad system requirements, planning for too many customers that will most likely not happen, and finally, ensuring that sales teams around the globe can talk directly with customers.
